History & Background

McDonough & Keegan Insurance Agency was established in June of 1996 by Joseph McDonough, Jr and Robert Keegan. At that time the agency was located in Hartford, CT and consisted of four employees, and the agency's primary focus was Commercial Insurance. After experiencing tremendous growth, McDonough & Keegan Insurance Agency added Personal Insurance to it's offerings. Now located in East Berlin, CT, M&K currently holds Exclusive appointments with Insurance Carriers and offers a wide array of Property & Casualty Insurance. At M&K, your Insurance needs are handled by experienced professionals. Our staff is comprised of seasoned Insurance Experts, many with more than 20 years of experience. We stay current with the latest Insurance products and benefits, and participate in continuing education. Our role as your Comprehensive Insurance Advisor is one we take very seriously.

Community Involvement
We maintain Chamber of Commerce membership in Berlin for business purposes. We are an annual contributor of various social service organizations as well as local youth athletics.
